In 2022 our Redeemer quilting ladies made a total of 83 quilts! Instead of shipping the quilts to Lutheran World Relief and paying the shipping costs we decided to partner with Lutheran Community Services and keep our quilts locally. With doing so we eliminated our shipping costs. Following is a list of where the quilts all went.
We also want to thank those who donated monies in January for the quilters when we were recipients of Mission of the Month. We received 136.38. Thanks also to the folks who have dropped off sheets and fabric which enables our group to “Keep Quilting”!
So remember us this Spring as you clean out your linen closets as we can sure use your clean used sheets or mattress pads.
Another need we have is for more quilters. If you can even tie a knot you are needed! We quilt Tuesday mornings from 9:30 until 12:30. Come join our group!!
